Returns conditions:

We want you to be happy with your online purchase and although we do not offer refunds (unless there is a manufacturing fault) we do offer a store credit valid for up to a year from date issued.

All returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Tags attached
- Items must be in original packaging or alternative protective packaging. Items returned without a protective satchel covering them and put directly into post bag will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned in a re-sellable condition. 
- Free from makeup and fake tan
- Free from any scent (including deodorant, perfume or washing powder)

If you do have a change of mind or a sizing issue, you must lodge your return within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@akeenaa.com

We will gladly accept your return in exchange for a credit note provided the item was purchased at full price, is unused, unwashed and with tags still attached. Once return has been approved your item must be shipped within 5 days.

Please note, should you wish to return your items, Akeenaa does not cover shipping costs.
